Joyce is an entrepreneurial lawyer with over 25 years of diverse experience in complex real estate ventures and transactions. She has had extensive dealings in condominium law and development.

She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1998 and has been a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant since 1995. She also volunteers on a Board of Directors and sits on a Conduct Committee.  Over her career she has practiced in national and boutique firms and advised both public and private developers in legal and senior business-related roles. Her experience as  VP, Finance and Administration is invaluable in understanding how a business can thrive both financially and operationally. She understands internal controls and risk management.  In addition to her technical knowledge in real estate and corporate law, her counsel experience gives her insight into the interplay of  commercial, employment, privacy, and technology law.
